GladPros was founded in 2022 by three friends and colleagues: Juliano, Gladiston, and Noberto (Beto). With a shared passion for quality service and customer satisfaction, they decided to join forces and create a company that stands out in the residential services industry.
Juliano, a skilled plumber, and Gladston, an experienced electrician, worked together at a previous company where they built a strong foundation of trust and teamwork. Later, Noberto joined them, bringing his expertise in repairs, tile, and flooring installation. Over the years, each of them honed their skills by working at various companies, gaining valuable knowledge in apartment remodeling, restoration, and cabinet painting.
Driven by a market downturn and a desire to make a difference, Juliano, Gladston, and Noberto founded GladPros with a clear goal: to provide exceptional services that meet customers' needs and expectations. They committed to learning from the mistakes they observed in other companies and always striving for excellence in their work.
